APPAREL OPTIONS & ORDERING INFORMATION
This design is available as a Short Sleeve T-Shirt, Long Sleeve T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, or Hoodie. Please refer to the corresponding apparel color charts included in the listing photos to choose the colors you feel will look best with your selected design.
You may provide up to three different color options per apparel type. Available sizes are listed within the product options.
You may also choose between Bleached and Unbleached.
BLEACHING INFORMATION: Only Heather and Vintage colors may bleach; however, there are some Heather and Vintage colors that will not bleach successfully. Regular colors do not bleach.
• Bleached garments will be created using a sublimation transfer.
• Unbleached garments will be created using a screen print or DTF (Direct-to-Film) print.
Apparel availability varies by brand, style, size, and color. If there is trouble finding the specific piece of apparel you selected, you will be emailed with other available options.

Shipping
7-15 business days for individual orders unless stated otherwise. We generally have most orders out toward the beginning of our turnaround time.

Returns
We have a 7 calendar day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will check the date in which you received your items via our shipping partners.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at ohmyginger2020@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable itemsÂ
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), preorder items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Refunds will not be processed for preorder or custom items.Â
Refunds will not be processed for orders WITHIN our stated turnaround time. You agree to our stated turnaround time and to this policy when you checkout from our store.Â
