Shipping policy

We will ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Items will be shipped by the last day of our turnaround time unless stated otherwise/previously discussed. Turnaround time does NOT include shipping time. 

Turnaround-Time:

We strive to get everything out by the beginning of our turn-around-time 

• 7-21 business days for individual orders unless stated otherwise.
• 21-35 business days for bulk orders unless stated otherwise.
• Pre-Order turnaround time starts the first business day following the END of the pre-order.
• If you are needing something rushed, please EMAIL us.
• Personalized and custom item turn-around-time varies. Please give our designer time to create what you have in mind and send you proofs before sending out a finished product.
