How to order
- Choose your roll size and either glossy or smooth matte paper.
- Upload your print-ready seamless design file.
- Enter your preferred repeat size in inches, or select Printer’s Choice.
- Add any notes explaining how you would like your design scaled or oriented.
Choose your repeat size
For a specific scale, enter the width and height of one complete repeating design tile in inches, such as 6 × 6 inches. This measurement refers to the full tile, not the size of an individual image within the pattern or the size of the paper roll. Please choose dimensions that match your file’s proportions.
Prefer to leave the scaling to us? Select Printer’s Choice and we will choose a repeat size that suits your design for wrapping paper.
Your upload and responsibility
Please upload the correct, high-quality file with edges that repeat seamlessly. You are responsible for the artwork you submit, including its resolution, seamless repeat, spelling, design details, and any permissions or licenses needed to have it printed.
Your artwork will be printed as supplied, at your requested repeat size or the size selected under Printer’s Choice. Scaling does not repair blurry artwork, visible seams, spelling mistakes, or other file errors. Oh My Ginger is not responsible for print issues caused by the uploaded file or incorrect customer-provided scaling instructions. Please check your file and order details carefully before submitting.

Shipping
7-15 business days for individual orders unless stated otherwise. We generally have most orders out toward the beginning of our turnaround time.

Returns
We have a 7 calendar day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will check the date in which you received your items via our shipping partners.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ohmyginger2020@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), preorder items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Refunds will not be processed for preorder or custom items.
Refunds will not be processed for orders WITHIN our stated turnaround time. You agree to our stated turnaround time and to this policy when you checkout from our store.
