"Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter." - John 13:7 KJV

Jesus said these words to His disciples before He washed their feet. Jesus didn't say we would never know, He says we would know in His perfect timing.

There are many times we question why we are going through something in our lives, but it is not for us to understand. God teaches us to trust Him during these times. I believe this is also how faith is built during those moments we don't see the way. These times may be some of the hardest moments of our lives and all we want to do is understand. But God knows, He sees all. He knows every outcome and the journey. He is with us through it all, every day. He is in control and honestly there is no one better to be in control than Him.

God's word says this - "all things work together for good to those who love God" Romans 8:28

I have seen this in my life and in others. The outcomes that only God can do. The outcomes that are the blessing that we never seen coming. Sometimes we must be taken through the fire to arrive to see our blessings. Thank GOD for those times, because if I did it on my own, I wouldn't be where I am today.

I pray that each of you look to the Lord, lay down the need to understand and trust that He has you. That His plan is the best plan, it is the plan that brings us closer to Him. That He is with each of you through every day.

If you want, share a time you didn't understand something until later. But after you did, you could see how God's hands were always in it.
