"And He said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace." Luke 8:48 KJV

Do you remember the story about the woman that was bleeding for 12 years? The one who touched Jesus's garment in the crowd of people?

When she seen Jesus, she touched the border of his garment. The very bottom. When she touched the hem of His garment, she was immediately healed. Not 10 minutes later or 2 months; it was instant. When this happened Jesus said "Who touched me? - "Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me." But it wasn't out of anger. While she fell down before Jesus, she told Him what she had done, why, and what happened when she touched Him.

You want to know what Jesus did next, He said "Daughter" not woman, not friend, not random person on the street, but DAUGHTER. Then Jesus goes on and says "thy faith hath made thee whole" in other words HER FAITH in who He was and what He could do was what healed her. When Jesus stopped and called her, "Daughter", her status was also restored in that time.

See how important our faith is. Not just for ourselves, but for our family and friends. You may be called to stand in the gap or to have faith for someone you are close to until they have their own. Your faith can move mountains.

So, If she had faith after 12 years, what is stopping you from keeping yours?
