"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." - Philippians 4:8 KJV

If the devil can keep us in our own negative thoughts, focusing on the bad, and speaking death over our own lives, our families, our kids, & ourselves; then we will start doing the work for him. What we focus on is what will multiple and grow. That is how he twists the truth, I believe this verse is so important. It encourages me to focus on the Lord; the light, the truth, and the life, rather than the darkness, lies, and pride. During the hard seasons in each of our lives, it is easy to fall into focusing on what we think is wrong, but these seasons surpass our understanding. Instead of focusing on what isn't going right in your eyes, focus on the one who holds you in the palm of His hand. The one who is always with you.

I want all of you to take the next negative thought and replace it with the truth - which is God's word. Even if you have to do it everyday 10x - continue. Replace the lies with what God says.

Keep your eyes on Him.

God loves you through every season & your identity is a child of God (you are not your mistakes, not those lies in your head, not your circumstances, and not your flaws)
