"And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:7 KJV

We often rely on our own understanding to make it through life and that’s not what God wants us to do. We are to lay it all at His feet. He is the only one who can give us true peace when we feel like our lives are in turmoil. We tend to look to the world for answers when things don’t go our way or we want certain things to happen. Instead of trusting in His plan and praying on it, we try to make things happen ourselves. That’s not what we are called to do. Our reliance on the Lord shouldn’t only be in times of great distress. We should seek His guidance to find true peace every single day. Having peace can truly change your life. 

I pray that you choose to give it to God, no matter how big, how small, or how impossible it may seem. He is a God of great miracles and He loves all of His children. All of our problems are important, even if they may seem trivial to others. Do not compare yourself. Just have compassion and understanding for those around you.
