August 8, 2026 - Romans 8:1 KJV

"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." - Romans 8:1 KJV

Condemnation and Conviction are not the same. Condemnation is from the devil while Conviction is from the Lord. Condemnation attacks your identity and Conviction restores/redeems you. 

Your heart is in a good place when you feel convicted. If you're feeling convicted that means that the Lord is being a Father to you. A loving Father that disciplines His children. It means that your heart is sensitive to the Lord. 

You are in a dangerous place if you can sin and not be bothered. If you can do wrong and not be corrected, when your heart is hardened.

But when the holy spirit can hit you in your soul, you are in a good place. It is a blessing from God when you feel conviction from the holy spirit.

I pray that this gives each of you a new perspective on being convicted. That it shows you how much our Father loves and cares for us, to take the time to redeem us. You are a child of God, conviction doesn't change who you are.
